Caroline Farrell Dublin Nutritionist

Hello! I’m Caroline, a Registered Nutritionist, passionate foodie, and mum of two. I believe the foods we eat have a profound effect on our health and performance. With over 13 years of clinical experience and more than 2,500 consultations, I specialise in supporting clients with diverse goals, including weight loss, menopause management, sports nutrition, plant-based diets, and gut health.

I’ve also had the privilege of working as the official Nutritionist for Premier League Football Clubs Watford and Fulham FC for five seasons and regularly feature as a Nutrition Expert in the media.

I spent five seasons as the Club Nutritionist for Premier League clubs Fulham FC and Watford FC, supporting players in areas such as body composition, energy, concentration, immunity, sleep, and digestion.

I am a registered Nutritionist with thirteen years of extensive clinical experience and have delivered over 2,500 consultations across a range of health issues.
