These are very low in sugar, high in protein and gluten-free. They make a great snack and are popular with little ones.

Ingredients
- 250g dark chocolate
- 60g coconut oil
- 100g ground almonds
- 150g cooked beetroot
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.
- Blend the eggs with the cooked beetroot then add the melted chocolate and coconut oil and the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined.
- Pour into a greaseproof lined tray bake tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
