Hello
I’m Caroline, a Registered Nutritionist offering private nutrition consultations online and at my clinic in London.

My Story
My interest in nutrition began in my early twenties, following the discovery that I had genetically high cholesterol. After losing my father to heart disease at a young age, I was advised to manage my cholesterol with medication. I wanted to explore other alternatives so began researching nutrition approached, which I put into practice.
Within six weeks of making dietary changes, my cholesterol levels improved significantly. his experience led me to retrain in nutrition and continues to shape the way I practise today.
That early experience taught me two important lessons. Firstly, while genetics play a role in health, lifestyle factors such as diet and physical activity can have a profound impact. Secondly, there is no universal “one-size-fits-all” approach to nutrition. Our genetics, environment and lifestyle mean that personalised support is essential. These principles continue to underpin my work today.
Professional Background
I retrained in nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, graduating with distinction. Over the past 14 years, I have supported more than 2,500 clients across a wide range of health and performance goals, including weight management, fertility, gut health, menopause and sports nutrition.
I have also spent five seasons working as a Club Nutritionist for Premier League football clubs Fulham FC and Watford FC, contributing to player performance, health and recovery during their promotion campaigns to the Premier League.
My Approach
My approach is evidence-based, practical and client-centred. I focus on providing clear, structured nutrition guidance that can be realistically implemented in everyday life.
Rather than quick fixes, I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalised recommendations that align with individual needs, preferences and circumstances. The aim is always to support sustainable, long-term change.
Continuing professional development is central to my practice, ensuring that all recommendations are informed by current research and clinical guidance.
Professional Registration
I am a registered member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
