Hello
I'm Caroline, a registered Nutritionist offering private nutrition consultations to clients both online and at my clinic in London.
My Story
My passion for health and nutrition began in my early twenties when I discovered I had genetically high cholesterol. After losing my father to heart disease at a young age, I was told I would need to take lifelong medication. Determined to explore alternatives, I conducted extensive research and created my own nutrition programme. Within just six weeks, my cholesterol levels significantly improved.

This experience taught me two key lessons:

-
While genetics influence our health, lifestyle choices such as diet and exercise can have a profound impact.
-
There is no universal ‘one-size-fits-all’ diet—our genetics, environment, and lifestyle make us all unique.
I retrained in Nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, graduating with distinction. Over the last 13 years, I’ve supported more than 2,500 clients, with a focus on female health, weight management, fertility, and sports nutrition. I also spent five seasons as the Club Nutritionist for Premier League teams Watford and Fulham FC, where I contributed to both clubs’ promotions to the Premier League.

My approach is practical, empathetic, and client-centred. I design tailored recommendations that align with clients’ budgets, preferences, and lifestyles, empowering them with the tools to make sustainable, long-term changes.
Continuing professional development is central to my practice. I stay up to date with the latest scientific research to ensure my advice is evidence-based and effective. I am a proud member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and am registered with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).touch directly.
