My Story
My interest in nutrition began in my early twenties after being diagnosed with high cholesterol. Having lost my father to heart disease at a young age, I became determined to understand what I could do to improve my own health and reduce my future risk.
Through changes to my diet and lifestyle, I significantly improved my cholesterol levels and experienced first-hand the impact that nutrition can have on long-term health. That experience inspired me to retrain as a nutritionist and continues to shape the way I work with clients today.
Over the past 15 years, I have delivered more than 2,500 consultations, helping clients improve their health through practical, personalised nutrition support. Alongside my private practice, I spent five seasons as Club Nutritionist for Fulham FC and Watford FC, supporting elite athletes with performance nutrition and recovery.
I have also delivered corporate wellness workshops and contributed to national media, including the BBC, Channel 4, The Telegraph, The Guardian and The Independent.
My approach is evidence-based, realistic and tailored to the individual. Whether your goal is improving gut health, managing weight, navigating menopause, optimising fertility or enhancing sports performance, I focus on creating sustainable strategies that fit around real life.
