Raw Coconut Brownie Bites

These vegan and gluten-free brownie bites are so tasty and guilt-free at just 129 calories. They’re also rich in fibre and protein to keep you fuller for longer. Perfect for that mid-afternoon slump or late night sugar craving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 150g almonds
  • 1/4 cup / 25g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup / 40g desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup / 150g soft pitted dates
  • 1.5 tbls. coconut oil
  • 1 tbls. maple syrup

Method

  1. Combine the almonds, cocoa powder, and half of the coconut together in a food processor. Process into a fine powder.
  2. Add in the dates, coconut oil and maple syrup. Pulse until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Roll batter into small bite-sized balls. Then roll balls through a bowl with the remaining coconut to coat.
