Ingredients
- 1 cup / 150g almonds
- 1/4 cup / 25g cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup / 40g desiccated coconut
- 1 cup / 150g soft pitted dates
- 1.5 tbls. coconut oil
- 1 tbls. maple syrup
Method
- Combine the almonds, cocoa powder, and half of the coconut together in a food processor. Process into a fine powder.
- Add in the dates, coconut oil and maple syrup. Pulse until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Roll batter into small bite-sized balls. Then roll balls through a bowl with the remaining coconut to coat.
